		MARTINI INGREDIENTS
		• 1½ oz - Gin • ½ oz - Dry Vermouth


		Stir with ice cubes and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with an olive or lemon.



		DID YOU KNOW?
		In 1911, the Knickerbocker Hotel in New York, head barman Marini di Arma di Taggiam mixed half and half London Gin, Noilly Prat Vermouth and Orange bitters. He then chilled the drink with ice and strained it into a chilled glass. The regulars at the Knickerbocker asked for variations of the drink and added the olive. This is the most recent and possibly the most reliable Martini story to date.
