		BLOODY MARY INGREDIENTS
		• 1½ oz - Vodka • 3 oz - Tomato Juice • 1 dash - Lemon Juice • 1/2 tsp - Worcestershire Sauce • 2 drops - Tabasco Sauce • 1 wedge - Lime


		Shake all ingredients (except lime wedge) with ice and strain into an lowball glass over ice cubes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add the wedge of lime and serve.



		DID YOU KNOW?
		Bloody Mary first originated from Harry’s New York Bar in Paris. It was first mixed by “Pete” Petoit. When Pete came back to New York in the 1930’s, he first introduced the Red Snapper as America’s first Bloody Mary (which was made with Gin). The name can be given credit to Mary Tudor, the daughter of Henry VIII. Mary was Queen for five years and killed most of her Protestant enemies. Which in return, gave her the nickname “Bloody Mary”. The following can be used instead of Vodka: Tequila (Bloody Maria) Gold Tequila (Deadly Maria) Beef Bullion (Bloody Bull) Clam Juice (Bloody Caesar)
