		LONG ISLAND ICE TEA INGREDIENTS
		• 1 oz - Vodka • 1 oz - Tequila • 1 oz - Rum • 1 oz - Gin • 1 oz - Triple Sec • 1½ oz - Sour Mix • ½ oz - Coke


		Mix ingredients together over ice into a collins glass. Pour into shaker and give one brisk shake. Pour back into glass and make sure there is a touch of fizz at the top. Garnish w/ a lemon wedge.



		DID YOU KNOW?
		The Long Island Ice Tea was invented by a Long Island bartender named Robert C. “Rosebud” Butt. As for the “Ice Tea” in the name, no one knows why it’s called a Long Island Ice Tea, since there’s no ice tea in it.
